BAR COMPLAINT

posted Mar 8, 2011, 4:53 PM by Layne Lawless   [ updated Apr 19, 2011, 7:37 AM ]
Laine Lawless filed a BAR complaint against Pima County Prosecuting Attorneys Rick Unklesbay

and Kellie Johnson on March 8, 2011.
This complaint was filed 2 weeks after the close of the unwieldly and unfair Shawna Forde trial.  Lawless accuses the Prosecution team of keeping her out of the courtroom because they wanted to keep what happened inside a secret from the world.  Very little media actually reported upon the trial, and reports were very spotty, uninformative, and extremely biased against the Defendant.

Lawless said, "I don't want to be banned from the courtroom a second time.  I'm hoping the AZ BAR Association will deal with this in such a way that I will either be a witness and know when I'm to testify, or I will be declared NOT a witness.  I'm not a ping-pong ball for the Prosecutors to play with to satisfy their left-wing political agenda."

Interestingly enough, I have never received a letter acknowledging receipt of the complaint from the AZ Bar Assn.  Now I wonder why that is?  I am going to add to my Bar complaint now that I am reading the entire trial transcript.  There was a concerted conspiracy between the judge and all the attorneys involved to keep me out of the courtroom.  They didn't want any independent reporting; they have much to hide.
